Its location at a short distance from Iowa was marvellous and stunning. We ate at a great restaurant for later meals.

We truly enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean with an awesome and informative and energetic staff.

The views were not so great.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location on the river provides a beautiful view and adds to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with large bathrooms and either two beds or a king-sized bed. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and satisfying, ensuring a good start to your day.

The hotel was big size and facilities were very accommodating, it had good and amazing location close enough to the Des Moines downtown as well as the civic center.

The hotel has a great location right on the river, providing beautiful scenery and stunning sunrise and sunset views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a large bathroom. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which was beautifully done. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

There was one minor inconvenience, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

Location: the hotel was not far from the downtown district close to many charming restaurants, the concert venue and many downtown restaurants. Went for dinner at Fong's Pizza, located within 15 minutes walking distance.

Lovely views of sunrise from modern and updated rooms. Magnificent, beautiful location in the wonderful area. Walking distance to the Farmer's market and fairgrounds across the street.

The rooms with the bed bothofwhich were met and a balcony, as example, extremely helpful staff with their fantastic service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the river view from the king suite. The location was perfect for my visit, as it was close to downtown activities and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
